1. Who we are

WorthCoWorks (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any data-protection question, contact us at founder@worthcoworks.com.

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us — when you use the contact form: your name, email, company (optional) and the contents of your message.
  • Technical data — standard server and security logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages requested), retained briefly for security and diagnostics.

We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. See “Cookies” below.

3. How we use it and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work — lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
  • To operate and secure the site — legitimate interest in keeping the service reliable and protected.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers (sub-processors) who process data on our behalf, including Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (data hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Zoho Mail (email). We do not sell your personal data.

5. Where your data is held

Client and enquiry data is hosted in UK and EU regions. Where any provider processes data outside the UK/EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it, unless we have agreed to work together (in which case retention is governed by our engagement agreement). Security logs are kept for a short period only.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email founder@worthcoworks.com.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

This site uses only what is necessary to function. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font data is shared with third parties.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version.
