Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 June 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the WorthCoWorks website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Client work is governed by a separate written engagement agreement.
2. The website is informational
Content on this site is for general information about our services. It does not constitute a contractual offer, advice, or a guarantee of any particular outcome. Any work we carry out is governed by a separate written engagement agreement or statement of work.
3. Demonstrations and case studies
Interactive demos shown on this site use illustrative, fictional data for demonstration only. Case-study outcomes describe real work, but client identities are kept confidential under NDA and details are anonymised.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its content, branding and design are owned by WorthCoWorks unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce or republish material from the site without our permission. Software we build for a client is owned as set out in that client’s engagement agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party services (for example, a scheduling tool). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version.
